01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tbije ("tbije", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://tbije.io. These Terms apply to all use of the tbije website, mobile-optimised interface, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, and any other services or content made available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the tbije platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of tbije services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly whenever any detail changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tbije platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, using different email addresses, different devices, different IP addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tbije reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you or another person who accessed your account with or without your knowledge. You must notify tbije support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to platform security and regulatory compliance, tbije operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the tbije platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a payment is received in a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may be deducted.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

tbije aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad accounts within the same business day, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. tbije does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering. tbije reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administration fee prior to withdrawal, at tbije's sole discretion.

4.6 Prohibited Transactions

You must not use the tbije platform to process or transfer funds on behalf of a third party. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

tbije may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those credits can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tbije maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, using betting software or automated scripts in connection with bonus play, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended and all associated bonus winnings forfeited.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

tbije reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and are subject to an active wagering period will be honoured in accordance with the terms stated at the time of crediting, unless evidence of abuse is detected.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed through the tbije platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the specific sport or event market selected. By confirming a bet, you accept that the odds presented at the time of confirmation are final. tbije is not responsible for any system delays that may result in a bet being accepted at outdated odds, provided that the odds displayed at confirmation were accurate at that moment.

6.2 Void Bets

tbije reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error in pricing has occurred, where a market has been suspended due to news events affecting the outcome, where match-fixing or corrupt activity is suspected, or where the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day may apply and will be communicated within the platform. tbije reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion.

6.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid changes in odds and availability. tbije reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point during an event. A bet is not confirmed until the platform has issued a booking reference number. Bets submitted immediately before a suspension may be void if they fall outside an acceptable latency window.

07 Casino Games

All casino games available on the tbije platform, including slots, live dealer tables, and jackpot games, are supplied by certified third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each individual game are governed by the rules of the respective game provider.

tbije does not manipulate game outcomes. 09 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using false personal information during registration.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access markets, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through a known software error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any activity that constitutes cheating in the context of the games or betting markets offered.
• Using the tbije platform to launder money or process funds linked to criminal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first contacting tbije support and allowing a reasonable resolution period.

• Accessing the tbije platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal under local law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tbije platform — including but not limited to the tbije brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tbije or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the tbije platform without the express prior written consent of tbije. Unauthorised use of tbije's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Privacy & Data

tbije will not sell your personal data to third parties. 12 Limitation of Liability

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your tbije account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the successful completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.

13.2 Termination by tbije

tbije reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or at tbije's sole discretion where it deems closure necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or its other users.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in proportion to the severity and nature of the breach identified.

14 Disputes

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet outcome, a casino game result, a transaction, a promotional credit, or any other matter relating to your tbije account, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

tbije will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 5 business days and will use reasonable efforts to investigate and respond within 20 business days. tbije's decision on any dispute shall be final, subject only to any rights you may have under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through tbije's internal complaints procedure before pursuing any external remedy.

15 Amendments

tbije reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, tbije will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed on the platform upon next login.

Your continued use of the tbije platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
